It is with deep gratitude that I step into the role of Chairperson of FICCI FLO Kolkata for 2026–27. As we begin this new chapter, I am proud to introduce our theme for the year: Power Up. To me, Power Up is more than a theme—it is a mindset and a shared commitment to growth. It is about strengthening what defines us as women: our knowledge, confidence, resilience, voice, and values, and using these to create meaningful impact.

FICCI FLO has long been a powerful platform for connection, learning, enterprise, and leadership. This year, we aim to build on that legacy by creating opportunities that inspire clarity, encourage collaboration, and enable women to lead with conviction and purpose.

The year ahead is about powering ideas, ambition, and impact—creating spaces that spark dialogue, open doors, and support growth not just as professionals, but as individuals and change makers.
