Dear friends,

It is an honour to serve as the Chairperson of the FICCI FLO Pune Chapter for the year 2026–27. I step into this role with deep gratitude and a strong commitment to advancing FLO’s vision of women-led development and inclusive growth. At FLO Pune, our focus this year is to create meaningful and measurable impact across key areas such as skilling, entrepreneurship, Green tech and Circular Economy, and community development. 

We aim to empower women across urban and rural ecosystems through initiatives including job fairs, MSME and rural exhibitions, and skill-building programs. A key priority is to drive inclusive opportunities by enabling livelihoods, supporting specially-abled individuals, and extending initiatives to underserved communities, including women in correctional institutions. 

We also seek to strengthen partnerships with government, industry, and global networks to foster collaboration, innovation, and scalable outcomes. Our approach remains collaborative and action-driven, with a strong emphasis on translating ideas into tangible impact. As we move forward, we remain committed to building an ecosystem where women are empowered to lead change.
