I write to you for the first time as the Chairperson of FLO Indore 2026-27. I am filled with a profound sense of joy and a deep, humbling responsibility. To me, FLO has always been much more than an organization; it is a living, breathing community where women don’t just meet: they lead, collaborate, and truly uplift one another.

The incredible legacy is a testament to the vision and tireless dedication of the women who walked this path before us. Now, the baton is in our hands. As we begin this journey together, our vision— L.E.A.D.S. (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Advocacy, Diplomacy, and Sustainability) will guide us.

More than just a theme, it is my personal commitment to you. I want to ensure we create meaningful spaces where every member can grow as a leader, sharpen her professional edge, and build the kind of networks that last a lifetime. Being a Chamber of Commerce for women means our purpose is clear: we are here to see your businesses thrive. 

Every event and initiative we have planned for this year has been curated: to expand your horizons and enhance your capabilities. I invite you to do more than just attend; I encourage you to engage and truly make this platform your own. In recent weeks, I’ve had the chance to connect with many of you, and I was struck by one powerful thought: when driven women come together with the genuine intent to support one another, we create an unstoppable ecosystem.

We each bring something unique to the table: our individual stories, our networks, and our strengths. After all, our impact is measured not just by our own success, but by the doors we open for others. Indore has a proud history of setting benchmarks for India. Now, let’s make sure FLO Indore does the same. I am so looking forward to walking this path with you with this shared purpose, clear intent, and firm commitment.
