As Chairperson of the FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter for 2026–27, I present a vision that is clear and purposeful. This year, our focus is on capacity building and entrepreneurship mentoring within our community—empowering women to grow, lead, and uplift one another.

Aligned with our National Leadership and the vision of a Viksit Bharat, we see women as defining stakeholders in shaping the nation’s future.
