Dear friends,

As I step into my role as Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bengaluru, I do so with a clear intention, to move beyond conversation and create meaningful, lasting impact.

My vision is to cultivate a more conscious and self-aware community of women. Women who are not just participating, but questioning, evolving, and owning their journeys with conviction.

I want FLO to be a space where perspectives are expanded, where women learn to trust their own voice, and where ambition is shaped by authenticity rather than expectation.

This year, our focus will be on deeper engagement, sharper dialogue, and creating opportunities that challenge us to rethink our capabilities and choices. Because, real progress lies not just in what we achieve, but in how we begin to see ourselves. And when that shift happens, its impact extends far beyond the individual.

It is in this spirit that I am delighted to introduce “Beyond the Bio” to the FLO community.

Conceived as a podcast, this platform will go beyond surface narratives to explore the realities behind success—the decisions, the doubts, the pivots, and the resilience that shape each journey. More than stories, these are reflections that offer perspective, encourage honest conversations, and inspire women to navigate their own paths with greater clarity and courage.

I step into this role with deep respect for the remarkable work and vision of the past Chairpersons, whose leadership has shaped FLO Bengaluru into what it is today. My endeavour is to carry this legacy forward thoughtfully—building on a strong foundation while continuing to nurture its spirit of purpose, collaboration, and impact.
