As I step into the role of Founder Chairperson of the newly launched FLO Raipur Chapter, I do so with immense pride, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility.

A founding chapter is always special—it is not merely the beginning of an institution, but the shaping of its identity, its purpose, and its future. To be entrusted with this responsibility is both an honour and a commitment to build something meaningful, impactful, and enduring.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the National Leadership of FICCI FLO, and especially to our National President, Ms. Puja Garg, for her vision, encouragement, and faith in Team Raipur. Being part of FLO is not just an association; it is a commitment to uphold a legacy of excellence, integrity, and women-led empowerment that has been nurtured over more than four decades.

Raipur, a dynamic and rapidly evolving hub of Central India, represents immense opportunity. Beyond its industrial and commercial strength, it is a city driven by aspiration—and at the heart of this aspiration are its women: resilient, ambitious, and ready to lead, innovate, and create impact.

At FLO Raipur, our vision is to build a vibrant and purposeful ecosystem—a platform that empowers women through access to networks, mentorship, knowledge, and markets. We aim to connect our members not only within the region but also to the larger national and global FLO network, enabling them to grow, collaborate, and lead with confidence.

We look forward to working closely with government, industry, and all stakeholders to unlock opportunities, enable enterprise, and drive inclusive and sustainable growth for women in the region.

I am deeply grateful to be supported by a team of dynamic, accomplished, and committed women whose collective strength and shared vision will shape the future of this chapter. Together, we are united by a common purpose—to empower, to build, and to create lasting impact.

As we embark on this journey, we carry forward a rich legacy built over 42 years by visionary women who believed in the power of collective progress. It is now our responsibility to build on that foundation with purpose, passion, and perseverance.
