At FICCI FLO Kanpur, as the 12th Chairperson, my vision is to strengthen and expand our impact by empowering women at every level with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, skill-building, and sustainable chapter growth. 

Today, FLO Kanpur stands tall with more than 770 members and continues to grow, reflecting the strength and unity of our community. Through focused initiatives in legal and policy awareness, digital and financial literacy, healthcare, and sustainability, we aim to create meaningful and lasting change.
