FLO Job Fair Initiative
Connecting Women to Direct Career Opportunities, Economic Independence & Workforce Re-entry
Overview
The FLO Job Fair Initiative is a national flagship drive to bridge the gap between education, skill development, and active employment. Acting as an operational bridge across FLO’s national chapters, the initiative brings together corporate employers, MSMEs, startups, public administration, and recruitment platforms under one roof.
By providing direct placement pathways, mock interview sessions, and workforce re-entry platforms for women returning after career breaks, FLO actively transforms job-seeking women into valued economic contributors.
Objective
To create a structured, nationwide employment platform that facilitates direct access to job opportunities, internships, and skill-matching for female students, professionals, and women re-entering the workforce—driving gender diversity in the corporate sector and accelerating women’s economic participation.
