As I step into the role of Chairperson of FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh, I do so with a deep sense of purpose, gratitude, and responsibility. My vision is to build a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-looking community of women who are empowered to lead, create, and inspire meaningful change. 

I strongly believe that when women rise, communities thrive. Guided by this belief, my mission is to foster an ecosystem where every member feels valued, heard, and supported. I aim to create opportunities that encourage collaboration, leadership, and personal as well as professional growth. In our region, our greatest strength lies in our relationships and shared sense of belonging. I envision strengthening these connections by nurturing a culture of trust, mentorship, and collective progress—where women not only network but truly uplift one another. 

Through focused initiatives in entrepreneurship, wellness, skill development, and community engagement, we will work towards enabling women to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. Together, we will shape a future that is progressive, compassionate, and driven by purpose— where every woman has the confidence and platform to thrive.
