Dear members, 

As we begin this new chapter, my vision as Chairperson is clear and purposeful — to align each and every initiative with our national priorities while creating meaningful impact for our members and the larger community. This year, our focus will be on building relevance, responsibility, and results. One of the key pillars I am deeply committed to is Green Tech and Circular Economy. As India moves toward sustainable growth, it becomes our responsibility to encourage eco-conscious entrepreneurship, sustainable manufacturing, and responsible consumption. 

Through workshops, industry visits, collaborations, and knowledge sessions, we aim to empower women to lead in this transformative space. Alongside sustainability, our agenda will also emphasize economic empowerment, business collaboration, and innovation. We will create platforms that enable members to connect, grow, and scale their ventures. Skill development, industry exposure, and mentorship will remain central to our programming. 

We also aim to strengthen our alignment with national missions — supporting women in leadership, promoting digital inclusion, encouraging startups, and fostering partnerships between academia, industry, and government. This year is about purposeful action. Every event will carry intent, every initiative will drive value, and every engagement will move us closer to building a stronger, inclusive, and future-ready ecosystem for women. Together, let us lead with vision, collaborate with purpose, and create lasting impact.
