India is already witnessing a rapid rise in waste generation, resource depletion, and environmental challenges due to unsustainable consumption patterns. Limited awareness and adoption of Green Technologies and Circular Economy practices further slow the transition to a sustainable future. Women’s enterprises and communities, despite their potential, need greater access to knowledge, technology, and partnerships to drive practical solutions.
This is where FLO Green Tech & Circular Economy Initiative works towards driving measurable environmental impact, promoting green technologies, enabling circular business models, and creating lasting behavioural change in communities.
Objective
To promote green innovation, responsible resource use, and circular business models. FLO Green Tech & Circular Economy Initiative encourages women to adopt sustainable practices, create green enterprises, and influence communities, thereby contributing to India’s sustainability goals and building a greener, resilient future.

Awareness & Education
Conducting workshops, drives, and campaigns to instill sustainable habits at an individual and community level, promoting the circular economy in India.
Green Practices & Projects
Promoting eco-friendly alternatives such as recycling, upcycling, plantation drives, solar energy applications, rainwater harvesting, and waste reduction & management initiatives.
Women-Led Livelihoods
Enabling self-help groups and women entrepreneurs to create eco-products, linking sustainability with financial independence.
Community Impact
Collaborating with schools, civic bodies, and local communities to foster collective responsibility for environmental stewardship. It includes using renewable energy, green technologies, ESG, and sustainable business practices
Gender-Inclusive Policy Advocacy
Partnering with policymakers and statutory bodies to champion gender-budgeted climate action and sustainable industrial policies.
Green Transition for MSMEs
Educating women entrepreneurs on ESG compliance, carbon footprint reduction, and circular economy models.

Supporting women-led green startups, sustainable agriculture, and eco-friendly manufacturing through targeted capacity-building masterclasses.
