Dear Friends,

My vision for 2026 as Chairperson of FLO Vadodara is to create a year that is meaningful, inclusive, and truly empowering for every member. I want FLO to be a space where women not only network, but also grow, learn, and support each other genuinely.

We will focus on reaching women beyond our immediate circles—especially those who are unaware of the opportunities around them. Through awareness of government schemes, MSME support, and skill-building initiatives, I hope to help women take small but confident steps towards financial independence.

At the same time, I want to strengthen our own community through more real conversations, deeper collaboration, and stronger bonds within the chapter. Not every event needs to be big, but every interaction should add value. I also believe in giving our members visibility—by showcasing their businesses, talents, and stories. When one woman rises, she inspires many more.

This year is not about doing everything, but about doing the right things with sincerity and intent. If more women feel confident, connected, and capable, I will consider it a successful year.
