It is a privilege to serve as the Chairperson of FICCI FLO Chennai for 2026–27.

Our vision:  to inspire women, to encourage innovation, and to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Our focus this year is deeply member-centric. We aim to strengthen engagement by curating thoughtful, high-impact platforms that are relevant to our diverse membership. Through tailored events, practical insights, and meaningful connections, we seek to support members in growing their businesses and expanding their influence, while enabling collaboration and peer learning.

Chennai, and Tamil Nadu at large, is powered by one of India’s most formidable automotive ecosystems—often regarded as the engine of the state’s economic growth. Building on this strong foundation, we are committed to placing more women at the heart of one of India’s most transformative and future-ready sectors. Through grassroots exposure, industry visits, leadership interactions, and opportunities for engagement in EV and policy dialogues, our effort is to create access and enable sustained participation.

We are equally committed to increasing women’s participation in the workforce at all levels—from entry-level roles to leadership positions. By fostering inclusion, encouraging skill development, and creating opportunities within core sectors, we aim to contribute to a more diverse and future-ready workforce.

With clarity of purpose and a strong focus on outcomes, we look forward to building a dynamic and impactful chapter.
