It is an honour to serve as the Chairperson of FICCI FLO Coimbatore for 2026–27. Coimbatore stands among India’s most dynamic economic centres—combining a legacy of textiles with deep capabilities in manufacturing, engineering, and innovation. Its entrepreneurial mindset and industrial depth position it as a powerful driver of India’s next growth chapter, with women playing an increasingly pivotal role.

Our vision this year is to position FLO Coimbatore as a benchmark chapter nationally— defined by the quality, relevance, and impact of its engagements. We will deliver high- calibre, outcome-oriented sessions that offer real business insights, strategic thinking, and actionable learning—ensuring that every member experiences measurable value.

A key priority will be to accelerate women’s participation in engineering and advanced manufacturing—sectors that are central not only to Coimbatore’s identity, but to India’s

future competitiveness. With sharp execution, strong collaborations, and a clear focus on impact, we aim to build a platform that enables women to lead with authority, influence industry, and contribute meaningfully to India’s growth story.
