Everything Is Energy – An Immersive Talk

FLO Kolkata, under the leadership of Chairperson Mansi Agarwal, hosted “Everything is Energy – An Immersive Talk” with Mrs. Shivani Agarwal at Hyatt Centric, Kolkata, on 24 September 2026. Attended by 220 FLO members, the session offered an engaging exploration of mental wellness, conscious living, positive thinking, and the ways in which everyday thoughts, words and emotions shape our experiences. The session was led by Mrs. Shivani Agarwal, a Kolkata-based entrepreneur, transformational coach and keynote/motivational speaker, and the founder of “A Journey With Gratitude.”

The programme opened with a guided meditation, creating a calm and receptive atmosphere. Members closed their eyes, centred themselves, and were encouraged to connect with feelings of grounding, safety, gratitude and positivity. This meditative beginning established the reflective tone for the conversation that followed. At the heart of the session was the central idea that “Everything is Energy”, explored through five interconnected dimensions: space, words, thoughts, emotions and money.

Mrs. Agarwal encouraged members to become more conscious of the language they use and the effect words can have on themselves and others. The discussion highlighted the importance of choosing uplifting and empowering language, particularly in everyday interactions. The session then moved to the relationship between thoughts and attention. Participants were encouraged to observe their thoughts rather than automatically identify with negative thinking, and to consciously redirect attention towards constructive possibilities.

A practical framework of distinguishing between matters within one’s control and those beyond one’s control was introduced, encouraging participants to focus their energy on actionable responses rather than persistent worry. The discussion on space and environment encouraged members to reflect on clutter, organisation and the emotional quality of their surroundings. The simple practice of creating physical space, letting go of unnecessary possessions and doing so with gratitude was presented as a way of cultivating a lighter and more intentional environment.

The session also explored emotions and interpersonal energy, with particular emphasis on emotional awareness and the influence that one’s emotional state can have within families and relationships. Gratitude and prayer were presented as practices that can help cultivate a more positive orientation towards life. The programme concluded on an especially uplifting note, with members coming together to sing “I Am Unstoppable.”

The collective closing transformed the session from an individual reflection into a shared experience of positivity, confidence, and affirmation. The combination of meditation, reflective conversation, practical exercises, and a spirited collective finale made the session an engaging mental wellness experience for the FLO Kolkata membership.
