For decades, women have worked to be heard. Today, we are shaping what is heard. We are no longer asking for space—we are defining it. We are not waiting for seats at tables that do not exist; we are building them and leading them. This spirit defines the moment we stand in today—not merely as participants in progress, but as architects of it. At FICCI FLO, our role extends beyond ensuring women are present where decisions are made; we strive to influence those decisions with clarity, courage, and purpose.

As I take on the responsibility of leading this extraordinary collective of women across India, my vision is clear and deeply committed: to strengthen FLO from within and scale our influence beyond. Our guiding theme, Strength Within, Scale Beyond, reflects a strategic focus on institutional excellence, deeper alignment across chapters, and a bold expansion of our national and global impact.

FLO is far more than a network; it is a powerful institution built on leadership, enterprise, collaboration, and meaningful impact. It represents the collective strength of women shaping India’s economic and social future. My commitment is to position FLO as the most trusted and influential platform for women across sectors, regions, and generations.

Strength Within means reinforcing our foundations—strengthening governance, fostering deeper collaboration among chapters, nurturing leadership at every level, and ensuring that every member feels connected, empowered, and proud to belong. Institutional cohesion will be our greatest strength. Scale Beyond reflects our responsibility to expand influence by building meaningful partnerships with government, industry, global institutions, and thought leaders. FLO must be a platform where ideas translate into action, where policy meets practice, and where women find opportunity, advocacy, and impact.

Our initiatives will remain anchored in sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, skilling, and leadership, guided by a long-term vision for measurable transformation. As India progresses toward the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, women will play a central role in this journey. FLO must not simply participate in these conversations—we must help shape them.

My aspiration is for FLO to be universally recognised as India’s most credible, dynamic, and forward-looking women’s organisation—a platform women instinctively turn to for leadership, growth, collaboration, and meaningful change at scale. Having previously served as the FLO Lucknow Chapter Chair, I carry immense gratitude for the trust placed in me. My journey with FLO has been driven by conviction, purpose, and a deep belief in the transformative power of women’s leadership. The steps we take today, however small, will shape the larger future we are building together.

It is the collective strength, resilience, and ambition of our members that I seek to harness and amplify. Together, we can create a more equitable, enabling, and inspiring ecosystem for women across India. I lead with conviction, optimism, and unwavering faith in what we can achieve together. FLO is not simply an organisation I represent—it is a mission I deeply believe in. I am committed to ensuring that every woman who engages with FLO finds her voice stronger, her ambitions supported, and her impact multiplied.
