FLO Indore organised an introspective session, “The Soul’s Compass – Finding Your Way Within,” at Hotel Radisson Blu, led by Ms. Kavyal Sedanni, a psycho-spiritual healer, hypnotherapist, tarot reader, and astrology, numerology, and Vastu consultant. The session encouraged members to look beyond external achievements and explore their inner purpose, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
Ms. Sedanni explained the distinction between life goals—what we do—and soul purpose—the deeper reason behind our actions and existence. Drawing inspiration from Malala Yousafzai, Oprah Winfrey, and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, she illustrated how purpose can extend beyond individual accomplishments. She outlined three universal soul purposes: overcoming fears and realising one’s potential, pursuing and expanding joy, and serving others.
Sharing her personal journey through setbacks and difficult experiences, Ms. Sedanni highlighted how adversity can foster courage, resilience and self-discovery. She also discussed the invisible barriers that prevent personal growth, including ego, comparison, fear of change, lack of gratitude, and ignoring intuition.
The session incorporated guided meditation, personal guidance and reflective exercises, encouraging participants to approach themselves with compassion and recognise the lessons that life offers. It provided a meaningful space for self-reflection, emotional clarity and a deeper connection with one’s inner self. The session encouraged members to reflect on their personal purpose, overcome limiting beliefs and embrace life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience and compassion.
