FLO Pune organised an engaging Introduction to American Mahjong evening under its Sports Vertical, embracing the philosophy of “For the Member, By the Member.” The session was conducted by Ms. Aju Marwah and Ms. Pinky Rajpal, who introduced members to the fundamentals, rules, and strategies of American Mahjong. The interactive session offered members an opportunity to discover a new game that combines concentration, strategic thinking, and friendly competition.
With 61 members participating, the evening was filled with enthusiasm, learning and lively interaction. Beyond introducing members to a new recreational sport, the event created a wonderful platform for networking, strengthening friendships and fostering a deeper sense of belonging within the FLO sisterhood. Vertical Heads Madhu Sarecha and Tania organised the event, and their initiative brought members together for an enjoyable and enriching experience.
Special appreciation goes to trainers Aju Marwah and Pinky Rajpal, the FLO volunteers, Executive Committee, and all members who contributed to making the evening a success.
The initiative exemplified FLO Pune’s commitment to creating meaningful member experiences through member-led initiatives that encourage participation, engagement, and community building.
