FICCI FLO Jaipur successfully organised an engaging and empowering masterclass titled “The Power of Presence” on 15th May 2026 at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur, featuring renowned Image Consultant and Communication Expert Nitu Walia. The session was designed to help women strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and develop an impactful personal and professional presence.
The masterclass covered a wide range of topics including elevator pitches, body language, communication styles, gestures, confidence-building, personal branding, and the importance of choosing the right words to create meaningful and influential conversations. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-life examples, Nitu Walia demonstrated how effective communication and authentic self-presentation play a crucial role in leadership, entrepreneurship, and career growth.
Held under the leadership of Mrs. Vrinda Kothari, Chairperson (2026–27), FICCI FLO Jaipur, the programme encouraged members to recognise that true presence extends beyond appearance and is reflected through confidence, authenticity, emotional intelligence, and effective interpersonal skills.
