FICCIFLO and Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. formalized a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 17 June 2026. The MoU was signed by Ms. Puja Garg, National President, FICCI FLO, and Ms. Surabhi Kakrania, Chief Finance Officer, Haqdarshak.
The collaboration aims to facilitate access to government welfare schemes, entitlements, and essential documentation for women and their families across FICCI FLO Chapters nationwide. Through this partnership, FLO will be able to leverage Haqdarshak’s expertise in identifying, enrolling, and enabling beneficiaries to access relevant Central and State Government schemes.
Under the framework of the MoU, Haqdarshak will provide structured outreach, beneficiary support, scheme linkage services, Yojana Cards, and capacity-building initiatives including digital and financial literacy programs. FICCI FLO Chapters will support beneficiary mobilization, infrastructure, coordination, and implementation at the grassroots level.
The partnership reflects FICCI FLO’s continued commitment to women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, and social impact by ensuring that eligible women can effectively access government benefits and welfare opportunities available to them.
The MoU establishes a scalable, pan-India model that can be implemented across FLO Chapters based on local needs and participation. Regular monitoring, reporting, and review mechanisms have been incorporated to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable impact.
This collaboration marks an important step towards strengthening social inclusion and enabling women to access opportunities that contribute to their economic and social well-being.
