As I assume the role of the 19th Chairperson of FICCI FLO Northeast, I am deeply honored to lead a community of visionary women dedicated to transformative growth. Guided by the rich legacy of our 1927 roots and the spirit of innovation, my vision for the 2026-27 term is to build a future-ready ecosystem where technology and tradition converge.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between conventional skill development and the opportunities of the future by integrating Artificial Intelligence into our learning landscape. We are committed to moving beyond basic training; our goal is to empower women to become tech-savvy, independent earners who can navigate, innovate, and thrive in an evolving global market.

By making digital tools accessible from our urban hubs to our grassroots communities, we are simplifying technology to build unwavering confidence.
