FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Deepa Boopesh Reddy, conducted a Workshop on 5 C’s & AI on 24th August 2026 at Swami Vivekananda Rural First Grade College for 148 second-year students from BBA, BCom, and BCA programmes. Organised under FLO’s Health, Wellness & Life Skills and AI & Digital Literacy initiatives, the session focused on developing the human-centric capabilities required to thrive alongside rapidly evolving technology.
The workshop explored the five essential C’s — Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Character — highlighting their relevance in academic, professional, and personal life. Students were encouraged to look beyond technical knowledge and recognise the importance of ethical values, teamwork, self-awareness, effective communication, and thoughtful decision-making in building future-ready careers.
Facilitated by Shesh V, Shesh S, and Shobhit from Coacharya Foundation, the session combined engaging facilitation, storytelling, humour, reflection, and interactive discussions. Shesh V maintained strong engagement through a clear and impactful delivery, while Shesh S used storytelling and relatable humour to reinforce key messages. Shobhit brought a highly participant-centric approach, using student surveys and their responses to shape the session around their interests and experiences.
The students were attentive, curious, and actively engaged throughout the workshop, with teachers also participating with enthusiasm and interest. The experiential format enabled students to reflect on how the 5 C’s influence their behaviour, relationships, teamwork, and approach to challenges, while also introducing the importance of responsible engagement with AI.
The initiative aims to move students beyond simply consuming technology towards becoming thoughtful, ethical, creative, and responsible users of AI. A follow-up session is planned within the next one to two months to build upon the 5 C’s framework and deepen learning around responsible AI usage.

With 148 direct student beneficiaries, the workshop focused on Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Character, while encouraging students to understand the importance of ethical values and responsible engagement with AI. It represented another step towards FLO Bengaluru’s larger objective of strengthening life skills, digital literacy, and future readiness among young people.
