WhatsApp Verified: The New Business Credibility

FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the 43rd National President, Puja Garg, hosted an engaging and highly informative webinar, “WhatsApp Verified: The New Business Credibility.” The session was held in collaboration with award-winning WhatsApp technology partner DoubleTick, in the presence of Shivam Mittal, Co-Founder, DoubleTick, and Gautam Gosain, Partnership Lead, DoubleTick. 

The session highlighted the importance of WhatsApp verification in boosting trust and ensuring authenticity for businesses online. Also, it showcased how women entrepreneurs can connect with their customers on the WhatsApp Business platform, enabling meaningful engagement with clients. Guest speakers urged FLO members to leverage verified WhatsApp business accounts to reach more customers and grow their businesses. 

They led a useful presentation on Agentic AI and WhatsApp for having good engagement with a high volume of customers. Tools like WhatsApp Business API allow users to handle complex customer journeys, drive sales and support without human intervention.
