FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, hosted the second session of the Gift Packaging Skilling Workshop Series, “Flower Bunching Techniques,” focused on teaching income generation skills to the attendees. This virtual workshop was held under the National Initiative – Skilling in the Wedding Industry.
Building on the success of the first session, this training further equipped participants with refined flower bunching skills — an essential aspect of aesthetic packaging in the gifting and wedding industry. Participants gained practical know-how to enhance their craft and transform traditional techniques into income-generating opportunities.
This session also encouraged participants to work towards achieving their FLO Skilling Certificate, boosting their confidence and entrepreneurial capabilities. The interactive learning experience highlighted how such creative skills can lead to sustainable livelihoods, reinforcing FLO’s commitment to nurturing women’s self-reliance and contributing meaningfully to the vision of Viksit Bharat.
