Various Skilling Initiatives Collaboration with VTC

FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Ms. Niyati A. Mehta, and in collaboration with the Vocational Training Centre (VTC), various skilling initiatives were successfully conducted during the month of January. The ongoing skilling programs included handicrafts, tailoring, karate, basket weaving, paper artwork (such as bags and purse), embroidery work, and other related skill-based sessions. These initiatives were carried out with the continuous support and guidance of the VTC.  

Different sessions were conducted regularly, allowing students to actively participate in hands-on training and practical learning processes. Through these sessions, students gained enhanced knowledge, improved technical skills, and valuable practical experience in their respective areas.

The skilling initiatives provided strong encouragement and motivation to the students, helping them build confidence, creativity, and self-reliance. Overall, the programs were impactful and contributed positively to the students’ learning and skill development.
