The FLO Wellness Journey held at Dharna at Shillim, was a transformative and uplifting experience, designed to provide participants with a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. With over 25 attendees, the trip offered a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of wellness activities aimed at rejuvenating the mind, body, and spirit. Participants were guided through a series of yogic practices, each designed to promote inner peace, physical vitality, and a deeper connection with nature.
The setting of Dharna at Shillim, surrounded by serene natural beauty, created the perfect environment for introspection and relaxation. The retreat emphasized the importance of self-care and mindfulness, encouraging participants to look after their well-being in a holistic manner.
