“The Senses – A Flo Wellness Experience” was designed exclusively for members to provide a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
The retreat included sessions on Yoga and Meditation, Nutrition Workshop, Mindfulness and Stress Management, Fitness Activities, a talk with the Naturopathy expert Dr. Chirag Andharia and an opportunity for Networking and Camaraderie.
