FLO Ahmedabad organised an engaging, hands-on session titled The AI-Fluent Entrepreneur: Practical AI for Leading Your Business on 18th July 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Le Méridien, Ahmedabad. The session was created for entrepreneurs who want to understand how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated effectively into their businesses. The session was led by Dr. Viral Nagori, Faculty in Information Systems & Business Analytics at MICA.
He simplified complex AI concepts through practical demonstrations, live examples, and interactive discussions, helping participants see the real-world business applications of AI. The programme covered five key areas. It began with practical AI applications for business, showing where AI can add value in everyday operations. It then introduced the AI Fluency Framework, a structured way to build confidence and capability with AI.
Participants learned prompting techniques for getting better results from AI tools, followed by a comparison of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. The session closed with AI safety and best practices, covering responsible and secure use of these tools. The interactive format kept the session engaging, informative, and immediately applicable. Participants gained valuable insights into using AI tools for business operations, strategic decision-making and innovation.
The event was organised under the leadership of Chairperson Usha Jaiswal, with the AI Team of Bharati Ahuja and Rachna Mehta driving the programme. A total of 40 members attended. By the end of the session, participants had a clearer understanding of how to use AI to work smarter, decide better, and stay competitive. The session reflected FLO Ahmedabad’s continued focus on giving its members practical, future-ready skills that support their growth as women entrepreneurs and business leaders.
