FLO Bangalore’s Social Initiatives Education Vertical launched a Tally Training Program, with the goal of increasing career opportunities. The course is designed to empower 90 girls across 3 colleges in Bangalore, including many first-generation learners at RBNMS.
The program fosters inclusive learning, incorporating differently-abled students from Oceanik College. Ramanashree Udaya College serves as the third participating institution.
The Tally Training Program is expected to significantly boost accounting skills, enabling students to become more proficient in managing financial tasks, balance sheets, inventory masters, goods transfers, purchase orders, challans, bills and returns, and sales orders, among other areas. The certified course, in collaboration with ICA, will facilitate job opportunities for the girls once they achieve proficiency. There are also plans to provide advanced learning in Tally.
