Tally Teachers Training Program

FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Deepa Boopesh Reddy, hosted a “Tally Teachers Training Program” for the teachers from R.B.A.N.M.S College, Oceanik College, and Swami Vivekananda Rural First Grade College at the Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd Head Office, Bengaluru. Hosted under Social Impact Circle vertical, the initiative was designed to empower educators with practical digital accounting skills and strengthen their ability to deliver industry-relevant financial education to students and communities.

Teachers actively participated in the program, making it a collaborative platform for learning, innovation, and capacity building. The workshop focused on enhancing proficiency in Tally Prime, GST compliance, inventory management, and financial reporting. Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on sessions, participants gained practical exposure to modern accounting tools and techniques that are increasingly essential in today’s digitally driven economy.

The training aimed not only to upgrade educators’ technical capabilities but also to help them integrate real-world financial applications into classroom teaching. The event commenced with inspiring addresses by Mrs. Sangeeta Rabindranath and Mrs. Neelam Agarwal, Social Initiative Vertical Head, who highlighted the importance of digital literacy, skill development, and education-led social transformation. Their messages emphasized the role of educators as catalysts for community empowerment and economic inclusion.

Expert trainers Mr. Jai Jagadish Machanda and Ms. Brinda conducted engaging sessions using real-life business scenarios and case studies, enabling participants to better understand practical accounting processes and compliance requirements. Their interactive approach encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing among attendees.

A key highlight of the initiative was its train-the-trainer model, which ensures long-term and sustainable impact.
