A batch consisting of 20 unskilled, but interested women from rural villages were chosen and trained on beauty & wellness under SWAYAM by FICCI FLO Chennai in association with Sathyabama University. A 30 day course in hair styling and beauty therapy was conducted in association with Anushka beauty parlour, Chennai.
Placements for trained women were provided by Green trends and Naturals.
