Stem Cell Banking In India

Ludhiana Chapter in collaboration with Lifecell International Pvt. Ltd organized a discussion on Stem Cell banking and its relevance. Dr.Chirayu Padhiar (Pathologist) from Chennai and leading Gynecologists from Ludhiana were invited as speakers. The session aimed at increasing awareness among women about Menstrual Stem Cell technology which can help women to fight against diseases like atherosclerosis, diabetes, stroke, rheumatoid arthritis amongst other ailments. It is a new concept and members were enlightened on various aspects of this concept and its benefits.
