The retreat was led and thoughtfully facilitated by Mr. Shreans Daga, Spiritual Teacher and Transformational Coach, who curated a balanced and enriching program blending meditation, dialogue, ritual, and music. The experience opened with Anapanasati Meditation at the Pyramid, introducing participants to breath-based awareness as a foundation for presence, emotional regulation, and mindful observation.
