FLO Vadodara, led by Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, organized a session titled “Scripted by Life: Boman Irani’s Story”, featuring Indian actor, producer, filmmaker, voice artist, and photographer Mr. Boman Irani as the Guest Speaker. The insightful session impacted 266 attendees as Mr. Irani shared the challenges he faced with strength, humility, and hope.
Mr. Irani shared his early struggles with dyslexia, a learning difficulty that made school and communication difficult. His mother arranged speech therapy, encouraged him to attend drama classes, and often took him to the movies, teaching him to observe deeply and feel fully. With humour and honesty, he spoke about beginning his acting career in his late 40s.
Mr. Boman Irani urged the attendees to never give up and to take all challenges life gives positively. The session concluded with a song by him, receiving admiration from the members.
