FLO Kolkata jump started its fitness series program with a powerful Yoga workshop with Yoga Acharya & Sound healer Harsha Banthia.,founder of “Samartha – A better you”. She is an internationally certified Yoga Acharya and and Msc in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA University. Harsha guided members through a flow sequence of Surya Namaskar variations, along with stretching & pranayama for better stamina, endurance & flexibility.
