FICCI FLO North East with the NGO OSHAD started the Ramdhenu Sewing and Skilling Centre at Rukmini nagar, in Guwahati. The school has received affiliation from USHA INTERNATIONAL. 16 ladies enrolled for the first course of Cutting and Tailoring, of a duration of 3 months. The teacher has been appointed by Usha. The trainees will be trained for free and will get a certificate at the end of successful completion of the course. The NGO OSHAD is being run by Mitali Bhattacharjee and Meghali Das.
The Skilling Centre was inaugurated on 30th July 2018.
