YFLO Kolkata was proud to host the nationally acclaimed Yoga Guru, Baba Ramdev, at Oberoi Grand, for an hour long session on Ayurveda and Yoga.
The event was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by the members, as Baba took us through a riveting journey expounding on Ayurveda, Yoga, and crucial health tips.
He also demonstrated exercises for weight loss and improved health of the body and the mind, which was very well received by the members. His wisdom was immensely enlightening for our members who were enthralled at his wise words.
More than 300 members from FLO and YFLO attended the event.
