Power Connect: Network to Grow Your Business

FLO Kolkata, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Mansi Agarwal, hosted “Power Connect: Network to Grow Your Business” a members-only, high-impact networking initiative at Yours Truly, Kolkata. Designed under the Startup Cell initiative, the event brought together women from FLO Kolkata and Career After Family, creating a dynamic and purpose-driven platform for entrepreneurial exchange and collaboration.

The event was thoughtfully curated to facilitate meaningful and intent-led networking, encouraging participants to move beyond introductory interactions towards deeper, value-driven engagement. Women from diverse professional backgrounds shared their entrepreneurial journeys, business offerings, and growth aspirations, fostering an environment of openness, learning, and mutual support.

A defining strength of the initiative was its ability to amalgamate two distinct yet aligned women-led communities, thereby expanding the scope of networking and collaboration. The convergence of experienced professionals and women re-entering the workforce created a unique ecosystem where knowledge, resilience, and ambition intersected.

Participants were encouraged to confidently present their ventures, identify synergies, and explore potential collaborations, thereby enabling tangible business opportunities and partnerships. The event also served as a platform to enhance visibility, helping women entrepreneurs connect with new audiences, clients, and collaborators.

The collaboration with Career After Family added significant depth to the initiative, bringing forward a cohort of women seeking to rebuild or redefine their professional identities. This integration aligned seamlessly with FLO’s vision of empowering women through access, exposure, and opportunity.
