Poonam Sharma is the Immediate Past President, FICCIFLO for the year 2026-27.

She was the 42nd National President (2025–26) of FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), the women’s arm of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Based in New Delhi.

An entrepreneur with deep roots in the health and wellness industry, Poonam Sharma brings a unique blend of business acumen and social commitment to her leadership. She is associated with the Baidyanath Group and is the Founder & Director of Ayurvedant and Mantra Herbals, ventures focused on expanding the global reach of Ayurveda through innovative health and skincare solutions.

As FLO National President, she spearheaded strategic initiatives that promote women’s participation in emerging and traditionally male-dominated sectors. Under her leadership, FLO drove impactful collaborations, including partnerships with NAREDCO MAHI to enhance women’s representation in traditionally male-dominated sectors such as real estate and infrastructure.   She also led international delegations to strengthen cross-border partnerships in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and women-led enterprise development.

A passionate advocate for inclusive growth, Poonam Sharma is the Founder of the Veerangana Foundation, a social impact initiative focused on healthcare access, education, and livelihood opportunities for underserved communities, particularly women in rural India. Her grassroots work spans health camps, vocational training programs, and support for special needs education.

She is committed to amplifying women’s leadership, fostering innovation-led entrepreneurship, and building stronger linkages between policy, industry, and community. Her vision aligns with shaping a more inclusive and empowered economic landscape, where women are central to India’s growth story.
