MSME & STEM Engagement Meeting

FLO Hyderabad’s Empowerment team, under the leadership of Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam. held a strategic engagement meeting at WE-Hub Hyderabad with CEO Sita Pallacholla and HRBP & Partner Relations head Ramya Kalyanaraman. The discussion focused on two areas: MSME outreach and STEM advancement. 

On MSMEs, the teams explored last-mile rural outreach for Udyam Registration, assisted models for rural entrepreneurs, and joint capacity-building programmes. On STEM, the meeting laid the groundwork for co-developing a whitepaper on women in STEM, building a mentorship pipeline for early-stage professionals, and using the combined FLO-WE Hub ecosystem to support STEM-led women entrepreneurs from incubation through market access.
