FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the National President, Ms. Puja Garg, signed an MoU with Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF), CSR Partner of Finolex Industries Limited, and Railway Children India (RCI), focusing on conducting skill development training sessions for women at the grassroots level for boosting workforce participation.
This partnership will aim to improve livelihood opportunities, vocational skills, financial literacy, and economic resilience among women who belong to vulnerable urban slum communities in Delhi. Around 75 women will be employed through women’s groups and government livelihood schemes, boosting income-generating opportunities and confidence for them. Under this partnership, livelihood assessments and entrepreneurship orientation sessions will be conducted for women beneficiaries.
This collaboration will continue FICCI FLO and Mukul Madhav Foundation’s third-year partnership to implement rural livelihood and entrepreneurship programs for underprivileged women across different chapters in India. When a woman becomes economically empowered, she transforms not only her own life but also that of her family and her community.
