FLO Hyderabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam, signed a formal MoU with Andhra Mahila Sabha (AMS) at a ceremony attended by approximately 100 participants, including AMS General Secretary M. Lalitha Kameswari and Literacy House Secretary Smt. Dharani Kanda.
The MoU formalises the launch of Education and Skilling programs at AMS facilities, including courses in Digital Literacy, AI Tools, Tally Pro, Computer Boot Camp, Maggam, Tailoring and Mehendi courses. The partnership creates structured technology training pathways for young women, with a shared goal of building employability and digital confidence.
This collaboration represents a significant step in scaling FLO Hyderabad’s reach into community-based women’s empowerment. Overall, the MoU signing formalized a collaborative partnership between FICCI FLO Hyderabad and Andhra Mahila Sabha to deliver digital skilling and vocational training programs for young women, equipping them with technology-driven competencies and practical skills to access sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities.
