FLO Chennai, under its Agriculture, Agro-based & Food Processing Vertical, successfully organized its inaugural event, a Microgreens Workshop, on 2nd July 2026 at Azure. The session witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 30–50 members, creating an interactive and engaging learning environment.
The workshop provided participants with comprehensive knowledge on cultivating microgreens, covering essential aspects such as seed selection, growing mediums, sowing techniques, harvesting methods, and their nutritional benefits. Members gained valuable practical insights that can be easily implemented in their homes, encouraging healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.
The interactive format of the workshop inspired active participation, with 60 members engaging in insightful discussions and asking numerous questions throughout the session. The enthusiastic response reflected the growing interest in sustainable food practices and home-grown nutrition. The event was seamlessly organized and successfully achieved its objective of promoting awareness about natural farming, healthy living, and sustainable practices.
As the first initiative under the Agriculture, Agro-based & Food Processing Vertical, the workshop set a strong foundation for future programs and reaffirmed FICCI FLO Chennai’s commitment to empowering its members through meaningful learning experiences.
