As part of its continued commitment to social impact, members of FICCI FLO Chennai collectively contributed ₹5 lakhs to the Live Love Laugh Foundation, supporting mental health care initiatives for marginalised and underserved communities. This contribution reflects FLO Chennai’s belief that mental health is a fundamental pillar of overall well-being and an essential enabler of individual and societal progress.
This initiative strongly aligns with FLO Chennai’s overarching theme of Kavach, which represents protection, resilience, and support systems that safeguard individuals through different stages of life. By supporting accessible mental health care, FLO Chennai reinforces the idea that empowerment cannot exist in isolation—it must be built on emotional safety, dignity, and the availability of timely care. For communities facing economic and social vulnerability, mental health support serves as a crucial shield, helping individuals cope, heal, and rebuild their lives with confidence.
Through this contribution, FLO Chennai continues to translate its mission into meaningful action—going beyond dialogue to create tangible impact. Empowerment, at its core, is about enabling individuals to thrive, and mental well-being is central to that journey.
By partnering with organisations working at the grassroots to address mental health, FLO Chennai reaffirms its commitment to inclusive growth, compassionate leadership, and building a stronger, more resilient society for all. FLO Chennai has crowdfunded to the extent of 6 lacs towards this project.
