The FLO Bangalore Startup Cell hosted an interactive online workshop titled “The 360° View of
Digital Marketing” on 13th October 2025, designed to empower women entrepreneurs with a
complete understanding of how to build, strengthen, and scale their digital presence. The session brought together over 100 participants — FLO mentees, mentors, and members from
across India — marking the first-of-its-kind FLO Bangalore mentor-led initiative within FLO, where FLO mentors conducted a hands-on digital learning workshop for FLO entrepreneurs.
The event explored the four essential pillars of digital marketing — Identity, Credibility, Discovery, and Conversion — with each mentor leading a lightning talk on her area of expertise. The speakers shared practical insights on brand storytelling, social media credibility, online visibility, and customer conversion.
A panel-style Q&A session followed, addressing curated questions collected over weeks from
mentees, making the discussion deeply relevant and application-driven. Participants then joined
mentor-led breakout rooms, allowing focused, smaller-group learning based on their business stage and domain.
The event was graced by Ms. Simran Shani, FLO National Mentorship Head, who appreciated the seamless flow, quality of content, and impactful engagement — calling it a model for future
mentorship-driven learning across FLO. Strong feedback from attendees reflected a collective request for more in-depth sessions on digital strategy, marking this workshop as both impactful and pioneering in FLO’s mentorship journey.
