Phoenix Palassio transformed into a lively beauty studio on 4th August 2026, as 35 members came together for an afternoon of practical learning, self-care, and plenty of laughter.
Led by Sakshi Malik, the session began with fundamentals that are often overlooked — preparing the skin, understanding undertones, and selecting products suited to individual skin types rather than simply following trends.
This foundation made a noticeable difference. Members who had struggled with foundation that oxidised or blush that appeared patchy began to understand that the solution was often not a different product, but better preparation, product selection, and application technique.
The session then moved into hands-on application, covering base makeup, eye definition, and finishing techniques. Sakshi worked closely with members, offering individual guidance on blending, colour selection, and application.
The atmosphere remained relaxed and joyful throughout. Members compared results, laughed over the occasional uneven blend, and celebrated when a new technique finally clicked.
Beyond makeup, the afternoon created something equally valuable — dedicated time for self-care. Many members shared that professional and family responsibilities often leave little room for an unhurried beauty routine or simply time spent focusing on themselves.
This masterclass offered exactly that: time, attention, skill-building, and a little indulgence. By the end of the session, the 35 members left not only with a finished look, but with techniques they could confidently recreate on their own.
The FLO Evolve Circle once again demonstrated that empowerment does not always have to be serious or formal. Sometimes, it can simply mean giving women the time and space to invest in themselves — and enjoy every moment of it.
