Resonating with the theme and PM Narendra Modi’s Fit India Movement initiative, FICCI FLO organized a healthy Saturday morning with a Pilates studio walkthrough and a nutrition talk by Ritesh Bawri (Nutritionist with degrees from Harvard Medical School, Stanford and Tufts University)who spoke on reversing lifestyle diseases through food.
