Launch & Showcase of Banjara Needle Craft Initiativ

As part of FLO Hyderabad’s Textile & Handlooms initiative — Banjara Revival was officially launched at ITC Kohinoor in the presence of Neena Gupta and Masaba Gupta. A specially curated initiative pavilion showcased handcrafted Banjara products including jewellery, blouses, dupattas, home décor items, and traditional artefacts, made with intricate embroidery and mirror work. 

A live demonstration by a traditionally dressed Banjara artisan, accompanied by folk songs, provided visiting members with an immersive cultural experience. The launch generated confirmed product orders worth Rs. 3,53,000 and established direct designer-artisan connections, setting the creative direction for FLO Hyderabad’s upcoming FLO StyleTatva Exhibition.

Around 200 people witnessed the launch of Banjara Needle Craft initiative. Overall, this textile and Handlooms initiative showcased Banjara Needle Craft products, creating market access and confirmed orders for Banjara artisan communities.
