On the occasion of International Yoga Day, we organized a workshop “Moments of Movements” with Ms Parivartan Khanduri who learned yog under dedicated practitioners from Chennai, Pune, Rohtak, Pondicherry and Baroda and specializes in Hath yoga.
The 2 hour workshop was organized at 136.1 Yoga Studio – Ahmedabad, during the workshop the members learned about Essential Yoga Poses & Piramal Learning for Beginners and was followed by a healthy high tea.
