FLO Hyderabad Chapter had the privilege to host an online interactive session with Ms. Chitra Divakaruni, who has made significant contributions to literature exploring Indian mythology and the female consciousness. Through her storytelling, she sheds light on gender roles, societal expectations, and the strength of female characters in Indian mythology.
She contributes to the broader discourse on reinterpreting ancient myths to give voice to women and highlight their intricate roles and consciousness within a patriarchal framework. The session was well attended by 115 members.
